SHIPPING Fixed Price and Free Shipping & Handling charge only applies to residents of the continental United States (U.S.A.). Also, please provide us with a phone number upon ordering.  We ship via UPS Ground to Canada (we don’t ship to Canada via USPS). Canadian customers are responsible for brokerage charges and tariffs. TERMS We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.  Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 7days from the receipt of the item.  Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper’s expense.  We will exchange any defective products free of charge.
